The points to be considered after almond eye plastic surgery are as follows;
Special creams and cold compresses are applied around the eyes to reduce slight bruising and swelling after the surgery.
Your stitches are kept for 3 to 5 days until you take a shower the day after the operation and must be protected with a small tape.
If fat padding is also used, these belts may need to be stored for 1 week.
It is recommended not to apply make-up to the incision site for 5 days after eyelid surgery. However, if you wish, you can make it appear on the incision by applying concealer or foundation around the eyes starting from the third day.
Since the effect of almond eye surgery does not disappear on its own, the effect of almond eye surgery lasts for a very long time. There is no need to repeat the almond eye surgery. However, the point to be noted here is the sagging eye area as you age. Re-operation may be required with advancing age.
